Activities in Russia Temporarily Suspended

Due to the current military conflict in Ukraine and its political-economic impact including the embargo guidelines and embargo consequences that also apply to German companies, M&C has decided to maintain its existing Russian subsidiary in St. Petersburg but to suspend its activities for the time being.

It is not foreseeable when the activities can be resumed – in this respect, the situation is completely open and currently unclear. M&C aims to reinstate the subsidiary within the framework of existing possibilities as soon as all the necessary stable legal and economic conditions are in place again.
