After receiving all official approvals and completing the contract awards to the local construction companies, M&C has started the construction work of the new and additional production hall at the Aach site in southern Germany.
The official go-ahead was given on March 18, 2024 with a groundbreaking ceremony attended by Manfred Ossola, the mayor of the town of Aach, the architect, representatives of the press and, on behalf of M&C, Branch Manager Rolf Merk as well as the CEO and Shareholder of the M&C Group, Olaf Sommer.
Of course, this new milestone in the development of the company and the site was highlighted with accompanying words – combined with official thanks to the responsible departments of the municipal authorities and other bodies involved. It was their swift processing of the building application that enabled the actual construction phase to begin quickly. M&C would like to take this opportunity to thank them once again for this pleasant and successful support!
The photos give an impression of the construction progress made so far – the project is actually proceeding rapidly and the scheduled target for commissioning the new building in spring 2025 remains realistically achievable.
