In mid-April, M&C China celebrated the 15th anniversary of the Shanghai-based M&C subsidiary as part of a company excursion.
Although it has already been active in sales in China since 1995, it was only in 2009 that the “Liaison Office (WFOE)” was transformed into today's formal company due to the Chinese legal situation at that time.
The relocation to new and larger business premises in a Shanghai technology park marked the start of a growth phase that has led to expanded market and customer relationships and a gradual increase in team size.
Due to increased operational tasks and requirements, another relocation of the M&C office to larger premises is planned for 2024/2025 and is already being prepared in detail.
