M&C always places special emphasis on enabling longer hand-over periods, especially in the areas of work that are heavily reliant on know-how and experience in order to make transitions as smooth and seamless as possible in the interests of our customers.

We have therefore agreed with Rolf Merk that he will initially assume the key role in a dual management team from April 1, 2025 and then gradually provide increased support to Andreas Mayer in taking over the full management position in 2025.

In this respect, Andreas Mayer will benefit from the best possible “roll-in phase” at M&C. Rolf Merk will remain connected to M&C “remotely” and will be happy to provide us with “historical knowledge” and/or active support on a case-by-case basis as required. This high level of loyalty is greatly appreciated by everyone.

We are delighted that we have once again succeeded in filling a responsible management position internally at M&C. This objective of our HR activities ensures that our customers can maintain good, long-standing business relationships and continue to rely on in-depth professional expertise combined with a comprehensive understanding of individual cases – all in all, a clear and strong advantage for our customers.
