The patented M&C ultralow cooler EC-30 is used in analytical technology to reduce the dew point of humid gases to a stable, very low level in order to prevent condensation and increased aerosol formation in the analyzer. When installing the cooler on site, the very low cooler outlet dew point means there is no need for a heated sample line with high energy consumption. By setting an extremely stable and low gas outlet dew point, water vapor cross-sensitivity and volumetric errors are avoided.
Ultra‑low gas cooler type EC30C in a wall‑mount enclosure, conversion to 19" built‑in rack version possible, housing depth: 360 mm, status alarm with changeover contacts, Jet‑Stream heat exchangers made of Duran® glass for 1 x 250 Nl/h, as 2‑stage cooler with compressor pre‑freezing stage and dual Peltier deep‑freezing unit, incl. automatic defrosting, pre‑cooling stage regulated to +2 °C and deep‑freezing stage to ‑30 °C, internal tubing out of PTFE/ PVDF, connections: sample gas: tube DN 4/6, condensate disposal: GL 25‑12 mm, power: 230 V/50 Hz. As an option, 3 peristaltic pumps (SR25.2) can be mounted in the cooler to drain condensate.
