Stainless steel, power: 230/115 V, 50/60 Hz, in different lengths, up to 200 °C resp. max. 550 °C process temperature, in order to avoid condensation between the sample point and probe head
The electrically heated M&C sample probe tube SP30-H... is used in sampling systems to avoid cooling and condensation of the sample in the in-situ tube from the sample point to the heated sample probe SP2000-H. To avoid a premature damage by cooling and condensation in dust-loaded processes that tend to fall below the dew point in the sampling area during operation or when the plant is at a standstill, we recommend using the electrically heated tube type SP30-H1.1-V with the heated in-situ pre-filter V20-2/30.
Heated sample tube SP30‑H2, electrical heating of the double‑jacket tube from 0 to 200 °C, temperature sensor Pt100, mounting flange DN 65 PN B, including 4 welded‑in threaded bolts, flange seal and fixing nuts, female threaded G 3/4" connection for the installation of the sample tube or pre‑filter, length: 1 m, operating temperature: max. 200 °C, material: SS 904 L, power: 115 V/230 V, 50/60 Hz, power: 800 W, external temperature controller not included in the standard scope of delivery
